Klara Svida was born in the Czech Republic and emigrated to Canada as a child. From a young age, she was inspired by her mother’s passion for fashion and design, which laid the foundation for her own creative pursuits. Klara has always had an entrepreneurial spirit—she has taken business courses, curated a skincare line, and currently manages an equine farm, as well as being a co-owner and curator of Habits Boutique, a fashion destination known for its classic style and quality pieces. Her deep appreciation for aesthetics naturally extended into the world of homes and real estate. What began as a passion for designing and renovating homes has evolved into a professional calling. 

Today, Klara is a fully certified Real Estate Agent, bringing a keen design eye and a distinct perspective to the market. Her unique blend of business insight, creative vision, and hands-on experience makes her a valuable guide for clients navigating the world of real estate.
